Fast and easy claim

I used Compensair for a cancelled flight compensation and it was absolutely fantastic! The process was so easy, I just submitted my flight details and they handled everything. Got my money much quicker than I expected. I will definitely use them again if I ever have another disrupted flight! Recommending them to everyone!

Worth the success fee

I had an overbooked flight and decided to try Compensair. I was looking for the best deal to get my money back without much effort. The success fee seemed reasonable given they do all the legal work. I uploaded my documents and they handled the rest. Got my compensation, and while I paid a fee, it felt worth it since I didn't have to deal with the airline myself. Good value for what they provide.

Got my money back

Had a flight delay last month, so I tried Compensair after seeing an ad. It was pretty straightforward, just put in my flight info and they took over. Didn't have to do much after that, which was nice. Took a few weeks, but I got my compensation for the delay. Good experience overall, felt easy to use.

Good service, some waiting

I filed a cancelled flight compensation claim with Compensair after a trip to Europe. The initial submission was very smooth and their passenger rights assessment was quick. They kept me updated, but the whole process did take a bit longer than I hoped, almost three months to get the payout. I appreciated that they only charged a success fee once I actually received the money, which felt fair. My only minor gripe is the communication could have been a little more frequent during the waiting period, but they did deliver in the end. Overall, a solid service.

Consistent results with claims

This was my third time using Compensair, this time for a denied boarding compensation. Just like before, they were reliable. I've used them for a flight delay compensation and a missed connection claim in the past, and each time the process has been pretty consistent. Submitted the details, they dealt with the airline, and I eventually got the compensation. It's why I keep coming back – I know they'll get the job done without much hassle on my part. Solid performance every time.

Can you track your claim status online with Compensair? Or do you just have to wait for emails?

M Mia Kaur 1 month ago
Yep, you get an account login and can see updates there. They also send emails, but the portal is usually more detailed.

Yeah, there's a dashboard. You can log in and see exactly what stage your claim is at, which is pretty helpful.

Hey, thinking about using Compensair for a delayed flight. Do they really cover delays from any airline, or just specific ones?

R Rosa 1 month ago
From what I remember, they cover most airlines, especially if your flight was to or from the EU/UK. It's more about the flight route than the specific airline, I think.

Yeah, they work with a ton of airlines. The key thing is if the flight falls under EU261 or UK261 rules. My claim was for a budget airline and it went through.

What's the deal with their success fee? Is it a fixed amount or a percentage of the compensation?

J Julia Ito 2 months ago
It's a percentage. They only charge it if they actually get you the compensation. So you don't pay anything if the claim isn't successful.

J James 2 months ago
Pretty sure it's a percentage. I think mine was around 25-30% of the total amount I received, but it might vary.

My flight was delayed like 2 years ago, is it too late to claim with Compensair or do they have a time limit?

E Emma Vargas 2 months ago
I think they can claim pretty far back, like up to 3 years in some places, maybe even more depending on the country. You should still submit it.

Definitely worth checking! I believe it's typically 2-3 years, but some regulations allow for longer. Just put in the details and see what they say.

Comparing Compensair vs AirHelp. Anyone have experience with both and can say which one is better?

S Sam 2 months ago
I used AirHelp once, but then switched to Compensair. Compensair felt a bit quicker for me, but it could just be the specific claim. Both seem to get results though.

Heard good things about both. My buddy used Compensair and got his money. I think Compensair's fees might be slightly lower sometimes, but you'd have to check for your specific case.

Is Compensair actually legit? Sounds a bit too good to be true, like they just take all your money.

N Nick 1 month ago
They're legit. I used them last year for a cancelled flight and got my compensation. They only take a fee if they win, so no upfront cost.

T Tom 1 month ago
Yeah, they're a real service. My brother used them and got paid out. The fee is a percentage of what you get, so if you don't win, you don't pay anything.

Anyone know how long it usually takes to get the money if Compensair wins your claim? Is it weeks or months?

C Cleo Vargas 2 months ago
It really varies. Mine took like 3 months from start to finish, but I've heard some people wait longer. Depends on the airline, mostly.

K Kevin 2 months ago
Mine was surprisingly fast, maybe 6-8 weeks? But my friend's claim with a different airline is still pending after 5 months. It's not a quick cash thing usually.

Hey, I saw some ads for discounts. How do I even get a promo code for Compensair, or like, where would I put it in?

T Tom Y. 2 months ago
Usually, it's a referral link someone sends you, or sometimes they have seasonal stuff. The link usually applies the discount automatically when you start the claim.

I got a referral bonus from a friend. When you're filling out the claim form, there's a spot for a code or if you click a special link it just applies.
